Nominate outstanding young alumni
The Virginia Tech Alumni Association invites alumni to nominate candidates for the 2003-04 Outstanding Young Alumni awards, recognizing professional achievement and leadership. Graduates of the past 10 years are eligible ('93 '02). Nominations are due by Aug. 15 and should be mailed to: Outstanding Young Alumni Awards, Virginia Tech Alumni Association, Alumni Hall, Blacksburg, VA 24061. Please include biographical information and reasons for nomination.

Alumni Board nominations for 2004-07
The Alumni Association invites alumni to nominate candidates for the board of directors for the next three-year term, beginning in 2004. Nominations are due by June 1, 2003, and should be mailed to: Alumni Board Nominations, Virginia Tech Alumni Association, Alumni Hall, Blacksburg, VA 24061. Please include the nominee's full name, class year, address, and specific qualifications for service on the board.

Update your profile online for chance to win football season tickets
All alumni who inspect or update online their biographical records and e-mail addresses between March 1 and July 31 will have a chance to win two season tickets for Hokie football this fall. To go online and access your profile in a secure environment, visit http://www.VaTechAlumni.com and click on "View and Update My Alumni Profile." After passing to the Alumni Gateway, again select "View and Update My Alumni Profile" and provide your user name (PID) and personal password, which you can create if visiting for the first time. Alumni who access their profiles will be automatically entered in the drawing for 2003 season tickets, and the winner will be notified Aug. 1.

Virginia Tech Summer Escape June 26-29
The Alumni Association announces Summer Escape, a special vacation opportunity on campus. A four-day stay includes outdoor adventures, tours, picnics, recreation, a 5K race/walk, and much more.
