Five years of funk
Virginia Tech's rare corpse flower, aka Amorphophallus titanium, aka Stinky Phil—which blooms once every five years—wafted a scent of rotting flesh as more than 1,000 people visited the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences' greenhouses in August.
